CONDITIONS OF RETURN and REFUND

Returns are free for all orders shipped within the European Union.

Return costs for orders outside the European Union are entirely borne by the buyer.

For the UK, return costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

The limit of days to make the return (starting from the day of receipt of the order) is 14 calendar days. All returns made beyond the permitted limit will not be accepted.

Some important notes regarding returns:

The items that are returned must be in perfect condition and shipped with the original box tightly closed, with all original tags. All visibly used, stained or damaged items will not be accepted as returns and will be sent back to the customer. Furthermore, the company cannot be responsible in any way for the loss of the garments while they are in transit.

Where applicable, packaging, belts, authenticity cards, dust bags and accessories must also be returned. The return must be sent from the original country of receipt with the relevant document found inside.
