CONDITIONS OF RETURN and REFUND

Returning an order placed on diegom.it is simple and free!

Here's how:

1) Send an email requesting a return tocosterecare@diegom.it within The limit of days to make the return (starting from the day of receipt of the order) is 14 calendar days. All returns made beyond the permitted limit will not be accepted.

2) Prepare the items you wish to return, and apply the return label that will be sent to you by email, and make sure to close it well sealed. Carefully remove or cover the old shipping label.

3) You will receive a confirmation email from DHL for the collection of the package and alternatively you can contact a nearest DHL Access Point. Deliver the prepared package to the DHL carrier.

Subsequently, just the competent staff will have checked the return, we will send an email regarding the returned items. The amount will be refunded as quickly as possible.

 

Please note that:

• The refund will be made through the same channel used for the payment
• The refund will be made in the same currency used for the payment
• The amount will be credited back to the account previously used for payment
• The processing times required to obtain the refund may vary depending on the payment method and the bank.
• In case you want to make a change, the item will be sent back as quickly as possible at our expense.

Some important notes regarding returns:

The items that are returned must be in perfect condition and shipped with the original box tightly closed, with all original tags. All visibly used, stained or damaged items will not be accepted as returns and will be sent back to the customer. Furthermore, the company cannot be responsible in any way for the loss of the garments while they are in transit.

Where applicable, packaging, belts, authenticity cards, dust bags and accessories must also be returned. The return must be sent from the original country of receipt with the relevant document found inside.
